    When registering for our Members’ Area, you must state your name, email address, the name of your company and your country. These compulsory details are used by us to check your identity for registration and to implement the user relationship established by registration. On the basis of these compulsory details, we also check whether to activate additional functions for you in the Extended Members’ Area in accordance with the General Terms of Business of this website LINK. If you voluntarily give us additional personal data when registering, we will also use those data to implement the user relationship. All personal data gathered on registration are stored by us for as long as the User’s registration is active. This is governed by our General Terms of Business of this website LINK.
  • Contacting us:
    If the user gives us personal data for contacting purpose, these data will be stored by us only for as long as this is required for communication, customer contact and project planning/implementation purposes. As soon as the personal data is no longer required by us for these purposes, they will be deleted immediately.

3.2.
